Ideal Commercial has appointed two new Business Development Managers for the Midlands area.
Mandy Webb, business development manager West Midlands and Mid Wales, joins the organisation having spent over two decades in the industry. She previously worked for both Andrews Water Heating and IMI Hydronic Engineering, so has worked closely with products that support the Ideal Commercial range.
Sharon Cox, business development manager East Midlands, joins the business having spent time at Georg Fischer and Panks Engineers in sales roles.
Their appointments come as Chris Dobbins and Russell Holden, previous business development managers for the different areas, both look to retire. With a total of 36 years with Ideal Commercial, the pair contributed greatly to the success of the business. There has been a lengthy handover process allowing the two new starters to shadow the experts and learn the business. During the transition period, they have been out in the field meeting with key customers.
Mandy Webb commented on her new role: “I was initially attracted to this role because of the strong reputation Ideal Commercial has in the industry and having spent some time with Chris I can see why. I have learned so much during this handover process and now look forward to exploring new ways I can grow the business.”
Sharon Cox added: “I am excited to be joining the market leader in commercial boilers. Having learned from the best, I will now look to build on all of Russ’s hard work to further attract and retain business.”
